Visitor:                         Good afternoon. My name is Yarelis Sanchez and I have an appointment with Sandra Benitez.

 

Receptionist:                Good afternoon Ms. Sanchez.  Welcome to University of Puerto Rico.  My name is Celimar Fuentes.  Ms. Benitez will be here shortly, Can I offer you something to drink?

Visitor:                         No, thanks.  I’m ok. Can I use a phone?

Receptionist:               Of Course! There’s a fax too, if you want to use it.

Visitor:                         Thank you very much.

Receptionist:               You’re welcome.  Can I offer you any other help?

Visitor:                         Yes, I was wondering how far it is to station

      

Receptionist:               It is two miles far.  Ten minutes by taxi. Do you want me to get one for you?

Visitor:                         Yes, Please and thank you.  Can you do it for 3:00 o’clock?

Receptionist:               Of course.  Ms. Benitez is free now.  Come with me to the office and have a nice day.

Have you been to San Francisco before?
No, it's my first visit.

a) I'm sure you eill enjoy it.
And ... er'is the hotel all right?
Yes, it's very comfortable.

b) I'm glad. So, do yu have much time here in the U.S.? Are you staying long?
No, I have to go back tomorrow afternoon.

c) Oh, I see.  You'll have to come back again!
d) Of course, I will.
So what time's your flight tomorrow?
In the evening, 6:35.
Well, I can get you a taxi if you like, to get you there in good time.

e) Yes, you can. Thank you. I hope there is no problem.
No problem at all.  Was it a good flight today?
No, it wasn't actually.

f) I'm sorry to hear that.  That's sad. How was the weather?
It was raining- quite hard. There was a lot of turbulence.

g) I hope you have good luck this time.
